The fee for each course is $35.00.
If you would like any of these courses sent to you, please send along a
note with your name, address and phone number, indicating which course you
would like and enclose a check for the number of courses requested to:

The course will be sent to you, upon receipt of payment, either by
first class or priority mail. If you want the courses sent by Express Mail
include additional $15.00 for postage.
Please read through the course booklet, and complete the quiz in each
chapter along with the final quiz and provide information for the credit
affidavit. Then send the original quiz (pages are perforated for your
convenience).
In lieu of using the postal system you can meet me in any location
where I might be teaching and pick up the courses. You just need to let me know
your intention and which courses you want. You can also fax the quizzes to me at
603 778-6063 and I will fax the credit affidavit back to you. I must of course
be in the office to do that. Also, you still need to mail me the originals for
my files.
