The Weekend Review …$150.00
This seminar is for those who have taken a 40 hour
course elsewhere or for licensees needing an additional 18 hours towards the
completion of the 60 hour requirement for their broker’s license. This seminar
reviews both the national information and the state specific information. The
location is the Portsmouth, NH vicinity. This weekend review session does not
contain enough hours by itself to satisfy the 40 hour requirement for taking
the salesperson’s exam in New Hampshire.
The fee includes:
2 all day
classes (generally Saturdays) from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days. (Nine
hours each day for a total of 18 hours)
Seminar
Materials – the review material includes a 41 page outline
addressing state statutes tested on the exam. The student is encouraged to
download the license law and administrative rules from the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission
website so they can be studying prior to the review.
It is assumed that anyone
attending this seminar has been
studying both the license laws and the national information prior to attendance. This is a
review of what the student has been studying.

The State Review Only…$100
This class is for those licensees who are licensed
in a state with which New Hampshire has licensing reciprocity and only need to
take the NH state specific portion of the exam, or for licensees taking the
broker’s exam and feel they need only to review state information, or for those
who did not pass the state portion of the exam and need an additional review prior
to re-testing. This class reviews only NH state specific information as
required for the licensing exam. The location is the Portsmouth, NH vicinity.
The fee includes:
A Saturday
class scheduled from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (7 hours)
Seminar
materials – 40 page outline addressing
state statutes (other than the license laws). It is assumed that anyone
attending this seminar has been
studying the license laws prior
to attendance. The license laws and administrative rules can be
downloaded from the New
Hampshire Real Estate Commission website, I can email them
to you on PDF or you can meet me at a location and I can provide the booklet to
you if I have some available in stock.

broker’s exam and feel they need only to national information or
for those who did not pass the national portion of the exam and need an
additional review prior to re-testing. This class reviews only national
information as required for the licensing exam. The location is the Portsmouth
vicinity.
The fee includes:
A Saturday
class scheduled from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Seminar materials
– It is assumed that those taking this review have their own materials that
they have been studying.
