From the Spalding Turnpike heading south, take exit 1 to Pease Tradeport. At the end of the exit take a right onto Gosling Road. Follow directions from Newington below:

From Newington

GOSLING RD becomes PEASE BLVD (at the “Welcome to Pease Trade Port” sign)- go 0.3 mi

Turn Left on INTERNATIONAL DR - go 0.2 mi

Turn Left on CORPORATE DR (the left is directly after Paddy’s Restaurant)- go 0.5 mi

Arrive at 110 CORPORATE DR, PORTSMOUTH on the right the sign says “Corporate Center”- this is a “T” shaped building with a blue roof and is just beyond Lonza which is a huge blue building sitting back from the road on the right.

Corporate Center is on the corner of Corporate Drive and Rye Road. If you go past the building and turn right onto Rye Road and then take an immediate right into the Corporate Center Driveway and look straight ahead at the building, you will see a yellow sign in the window that says CMSU Real Estate Course. There is also a 110 on the peak of the building. Unless I have had new signs made, they are probably faded yellow. You will also see my car which is a maroon Toyota Avalon with CMSU on the license plate. There is a REALTOR® “R” logo on the door.. This is the rear entry to the Seacoast Board of REALTORS® office which may not be open at the time of classes so we need to use the rear entry into the training room

From Route 33 – Greenland ,Stratham, Exeter (heading towards Portsmouth).

Turn Left on GRAFTON RD (C&J Trailways on corner) - go 1.1 mi.

Turn Right on CORPORATE DR - go 1.2 mi

Arrive at 110 CORPORATE DRIVE.

You will see a “T” shaped building with a bright blue roof on the left. Take a left onto Rye Road and then an immediate right into the Corporate Center Driveway. Look straight ahead as you drive into the driveway and you will see a yellow sign in the window that says “CMSU Real Estate Classes”. Unless I have put up a new sign, it is probably faded yellow. The door to the unit has a REALTOR® “R” logo on it. From Rte. I95 heading North take exit 3. At the lights at the end of the exit, take a left onto Rte.33. Follow directions below.

From Route 33 – Portsmouth (heading towards Greenland)
